  • Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do. Please send us a message through the webshop.

  • Shipping
Due to the distance of Australia from the rest of the world, all our parcels are shopped through a contractor via Singapore Post to provide the best balance between cost and performance.

  • How long does shipping take?
Deliveries to Europe, Asia and the Middle East takes around 2 weeks. North America requires approximately 4 weeks as Canada Post and USPS are suffering a massive delay on in-bound parcels since November 2016. (It used to take 2 weeks only).*

If you wish to receive your goods within a week, we greatly recommend using " Expedited International Shipping " on top of the standard shipping option at checkout.

  • My parcel is trapped in customs
We are not responsible for your local customs fees and duties. We are also not responsible for the delay in your local service and authority clearances.

  • Could you re-deliver?
Yes. For any reason the collection is missed, re-deliveries are at the cost of the purchasers.

  • I'm needing this as a gift, help!
Please add item " Expedited International Shipping " into your cart to greatly reduce postage and customs delays. This is generally a 5-day delivery time frame. We use DHL, FedEx and EMS with this option selected.

  • Where is my parcel?
For standard tracked postage, we highly recommend using this site to track your parcels https://www.17track.net/

  • What are your returns policy?
We do not accept returns and refunds unless we have made a fulfillment error (packing the wrong item in the parcel, or error in sizing for clothing and the like).

*As of mid May, this problem has not been completely resolved by Canada Post and USPS. We have experience most parcels clearing in less than 4 weeks, however we still have 5% of shipments delayed
